About

When life starts to feel like too much – too busy, too stressful, too many responsibilities – it’s important to find joy in the mundane. Diary of Love Notes & Day Dreams celebrates the small moments, while cherishing your own company.

A vintage vanity table in muted ivory stands against a pale dove-gray wall, its surface adorned with a stack of slim, pastel-hued notebooks tied together with a silk ribbon in dusty rose. A small crystal dish holds scattered paperclips shaped like tiny hearts, and a delicate glass perfume bottle with faceted edges catches the light. Nearby, an open journal reveals a page of flowing script and a faint graphite sketch of a flower. Soft, diffused afternoon light enters from an unseen side window, creating shimmering highlights on the crystal and perfume glass. Captured straight-on with moderate depth of field, the photographic style is elegant and slightly nostalgic, evoking the romance of private thoughts and daydreams preserved in writing.

Meet the Dreamer Behind the Diary

Years ago, I took the Strengths Finder test, and learned “futuristic” was my number 1 strength. And my whole life, here I thought I was just perpetually lost in day dreams.

I have been, at my core, an introvert since before I could identify what that means. I still have the note I wrote my mom at the age of 8 asking “if I was really good, could I have 3 hours by mself in the morning.”

The older I get, the more I understand myself as an introvert. How much recharge time I need when my social battery is drained. That Quality Time isn’t just my love language with others; it’s how I love myself, too. Consider this diary a peek into loving myself as an introvert. And sometimes peopling in the real world.
